Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Magnetic Screens (a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on magneticscreens.mx, in line with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, the LFPDPPP. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work at all. Others tell us how the site is being used, and those only run if you say yes.
Strictly necessary cookies
These keep your basket contents between pages and remember your cookie choice. They do not need your consent, because without them the service you asked for cannot be delivered. Mexico has no dedicated cookie regulation: the governing law is the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, and processing that is necessary to deliver a service you asked for is permitted. They are set for as long as the session or the choice needs to last.
Analytics cookies
These are set by Google Analytics and only after you agree, because consent is the basis we rely on for them under the LFPDPPP. They tell us which pages people read and where they stop, so we can fix the parts that are not working. They do not identify you by name.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it takes effect from that moment on. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop the basket working.
Third parties
Our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, set their own cookies when you reach the payment step, and they explain those in their own policies. We do not control them.
