You can return a product within 15 days of purchase. That is our own policy: for a change of mind a $695 per-order handling charge applies and you pay the return postage. Nothing in it removes a right the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor gives you.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and we process them 24 to 48 hours after the goods reach us.
If a screen arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, that is not a change of mind: tell us and we put it right at no cost to you.

I'm an English speaking Expat. Easy to use web site and secure check out made shopping stress free. Ordered what I needed, ordered and it was shipped quickly and arrived with out issue. Enough packaging to protect, recyclable paper inside the plastic delivery envelope.
I purchased the chain screen door to keep bugs out. First, I don't think it keeps the mosquitoes out of the house. Second, it is very easily damaged as people pass through it -- the chains catch on clothes or things that people are carrying. Third, my dog has been able to pull it down multiple times. Fourth, the hangers are very wobbly and it sometimes falls down with just the slightest tug. Customers are not able to post reviews of products on the website, so buyer beware. I asked the company for a refund/credit, and they refused saying it had been too long since purchase (6 months) and that no one else has complained so it must be my fault. Of course, they don't allow reviews so there is no way to know. Regardless, very unhappy with product and service.

I ordered 3 screen kits & they arrived promptly. Easy to install, and I had left over material I was easily able to adapt to 3 other smaller windows. I recommend buying some extra corner clips if you intend to use the extra materials. The screens look good - a great option for casement windows needing customized screens. Note - for shipping to the Netherlands I had to pay tax on top of the purchase price.
