Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and we process them 24 to 48 hours after the goods reach us.
If a screen arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, that is not a change of mind: tell us and we put it right at no cost to you.

We've used this company before and have no issues at all. They are very prompt in dispatching the order in that we received our product within the week of ordering. Excellent product Highly recommend
Great product well packed and delivered. Anxious moments coz the order close to my leaving Bangkok. Suggestion: should also provide installation either by the supplier or recommended installer
I'm an English speaking Expat. Easy to use web site and secure check out made shopping stress free. Ordered what I needed, ordered and it was shipped quickly and arrived with out issue. Enough packaging to protect, recyclable paper inside the plastic delivery envelope.
I purchased the chain screen door to keep bugs out. First, I don't think it keeps the mosquitoes out of the house. Second, it is very easily damaged as people pass through it -- the chains catch on clothes or things that people are carrying. Third, my dog has been able to pull it down multiple times. Fourth, the hangers are very wobbly and it sometimes falls down with just the slightest tug. Customers are not able to post reviews of products on the website, so buyer beware. I asked the company for a refund/credit, and they refused saying it had been too long since purchase (6 months) and that no one else has complained so it must be my fault. Of course, they don't allow reviews so there is no way to know. Regardless, very unhappy with product and service.
Great customer service. Product was easy to install and it looks great!
Not the easiest to put together but it works great so far. I can now sleep with the window open without worrying about my kittens falling out!
Fast speedy delivery. Strong screen, easy to fit.
Great service, great quality - thank you!
Great company, easy to navigate website, quick response time, fast shipping, easy to read instructions, well made, very satisfied.
It was very easy to order. I had to order a tailor-made product, and when it arrived, it was perfect. I did not have to wait a long time to receive my order and the delivery was seamless
Very easy to install our door screen. It closes properly every time. Just push it and walk in or out. The magnetic edges always line up.
Excellent product, great quality and long lasting!
I ordered 3 screen kits & they arrived promptly. Easy to install, and I had left over material I was easily able to adapt to 3 other smaller windows. I recommend buying some extra corner clips if you intend to use the extra materials. The screens look good - a great option for casement windows needing customized screens. Note - for shipping to the Netherlands I had to pay tax on top of the purchase price.
